Rules for using the StelsVPN service

The STELSVPN Service is provided under a license on an “as is” basis. The Service disclaims any liability for any material or non-material damage that a person may incur in the course of using the STELSVPN Service.

These Terms constitute the official regulations governing the STELSVPN Service (a set of services including the website, applications, plugins, and software) and, from a legal perspective, constitute a public offer (offer agreement) by the Service Administration. The Administration offers an unlimited number of persons the opportunity to accept this offer by completing the registration procedure on the STELSVPN Service website: https://stelsvpn.com

By registering and subsequently using the STELSVPN Service, the User accepts these STELSVPN Service Terms of Use (the “Terms”) and agrees to all terms and conditions set forth herein.

By accepting these Terms, the User confirms that they have fully read and understood these Terms, as well as the STELSVPN User Agreement and Privacy Policy, accepts all such terms and conditions, agrees to comply with them, and accepts responsibility for any violations thereof.

Prohibited Activities

When using the Service and receiving services from the Service Administration, the User is prohibited from:

• Violating generally accepted ethical or moral standards, principles of integrity, or fair conduct.
• Violating the rights of third parties, including rights relating to property, privacy, trust, personal data, copyrights, trademarks, patents, or any other intellectual property or proprietary rights.
• Participating in any prohibited, criminal, or otherwise unlawful activity, including activities involving information security breaches, security violations, or breaches of confidentiality.
• Participating in any terrorist, military, or related activities, militia activities, or the preparation for any such activities.
• Engaging in espionage, stalking, harassment, pranks directed at others, or promoting fanaticism or discrimination based on skin color or religion.
• Engaging in activities that pose an increased risk to third parties or involve harmful or destructive actions, including distributing viruses, adware, Trojans, worms, malware, spyware, or any other malicious software, code, files, or programs that may interrupt, intercept, destroy, restrict, or otherwise negatively affect the functionality of any computer hardware, software, telecommunications equipment, or network equipment.
• Engaging in hacking, fraudulent activities, unauthorized access, virus distribution, network sabotage, phishing, carding, or social engineering.
• Using the Service in relation to persons under the age of majority (eighteen years old), including, in particular, monitoring, obtaining access to, or distributing child pornography, or engaging in any other activities capable of causing physical or moral harm to minors.
• Engaging in activities that harass, oppress, or advocate the persecution of another person.
• Conducting unlawful activities or distributing information that is misleading, false, or fraudulent.
• Engaging in insulting, threatening, obscene, defamatory, or libelous activities or behavior.
• Violating any applicable law or engaging in unlawful activities in any jurisdiction.
• Violating these Terms and/or the User Agreement and/or the Privacy Policy governing the protection of personal data.
• Modifying, adapting, appropriating, reproducing, distributing, translating, creating derivative works or adaptations of, publicly displaying, selling, exchanging, or otherwise using the system in a similar manner.
• Using any robotics, application, or other automated device, process, or means to access the system.
• Modifying any functionality, interface, or any other part of the system.
• Removing or modifying any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices appearing in the system or any part thereof, or in any User Content obtained or copied from the system.
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to the system, including its functions and features, computer systems, and networks to which the system may connect.
• Using the system in a manner that violates privacy or security or otherwise causes harm to the property, individuals, and/or legal entities.
• Using the system in a manner that results in an unreasonable or disproportionately high load on the system or its technical or software infrastructure.
• Engaging in any other disproportionate or generally unacceptable activity.

In the event of a serious violation by the User, the User's account may be immediately suspended or blocked without prior notice.

Service Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

Taking into account the nature of the services provided by the Service Administration and the functionality of the Service:

• The Administration is not responsible for the security or preservation of data and information uploaded by the User, except where the User provides the Administration with personal or other confidential data in the course of using the Administration's services. The protection of the User's personal and other confidential data is governed by the Privacy Policy and is carried out in strict accordance with applicable law, international standards (including the GDPR), and generally accepted practices.
• The Administration is not responsible for the accuracy of data, including payment information, provided by Users when using the Service. The Administration does not verify the accuracy, validity, or currency of any data, including personal or payment information, provided by the User in the course of using the Service. In certain cases, the Administration may request that the User confirm the information provided for the purposes of User verification and/or identification within the Service.
• The Administration does not guarantee that the Service, software, servers, or computer networks used by the Service are free from errors or malicious software. The Administration shall not be liable if the use of the Service results in the loss of data or damage to the User's equipment.
• The Administration makes reasonable efforts to monitor the Service for malicious software; however, the User acknowledges that the Administration provides no guarantees that the Service will not cause any damage to the User.
• The Administration shall not be liable for any failures, interruptions, or disruptions in the operation of the Service, or for any loss of information resulting from such failures or interruptions.
• The Administration shall not be liable for any damage to the User, the User's mobile device, any other equipment, or software caused by or related to the use of the Administration's services.
• The Administration shall not be liable for any damage or loss suffered by the User as a result of interacting with advertisements displayed through the Service, if any. The Administration does not guarantee the quality, accuracy, or completeness of information contained in such advertisements. In such cases, the Service acts solely as a platform for displaying advertising materials and provides no guarantees regarding such materials.
• The Administration shall not be liable for actions taken through the User's account by third parties who obtain or guess the User's password. The Administration disclaims any liability for any damage or harm that may result from the User's account being compromised by third parties.
• The Administration shall not be liable for any damage that may be caused to the User, including loss of data, information, or financial losses, deletion of the User's account, or termination of the Service due to circumstances beyond the Administration's control, including force majeure events.
• Under no circumstances shall the Administration be liable to Users or any third parties for any damage or loss, including loss of profits or data, or harm to life or health, honor, dignity, or business reputation, arising from the use of the Administration's services, the content of the Service, or any other materials accessed by Users or other persons through the Service, even if the Administration has been advised of or has indicated the possibility of such damage.
• Any trademarks, marks, product names, service names, organization names, design rights, copyrights, and related rights mentioned, used, or cited within the Service belong to their respective legal owners. Their use within the Service does not grant any rights to any other use. Unless otherwise stated, the Administration is not affiliated with the respective rights holders, and no person other than the rights holder may exercise rights to use copyright-protected materials.
• The Administration shall not be responsible for the User's actions involving the Service or its tools. Any failure by the Administration to take action in response to a User's violation of the rules governing the use of the Service or any of its components shall not deprive the Administration of the right to take appropriate action to protect its interests at a later time.
• The use of any content of the Service without the prior permission of the Administration is prohibited.
• The Administration shall not be liable to the User for restricting the User's access to the Service, including VPN servers, where such restriction results from the User's violation of the agreements or contracts under which the User obtained access to the Service.
• The Administration shall not be liable to any third parties who suffer harm as a result of the User's actions when using the Administration's services in violation of these Terms, other applicable documents, or applicable law.

“As Is” Service

The Service is provided on an “as is” basis, without warranties of quality or fitness for any express or implied purpose. The Administration does not guarantee that the Service will operate continuously or without errors.

The Administration reserves the right, as a material condition of providing the services, to refuse access to the Service to all Users or any individual User, temporarily or permanently, without providing a reason, and to remove any information, content, or data posted within the Service.

The Administration reserves the right to suspend the provision of services to Users at any time without providing a reason.

The Administration does not guarantee and shall not be liable for the accuracy, currency, safety, or reliability of information or data published on third-party resources linked to from the Service. By accessing such links, the User acknowledges that they do so entirely at their own risk.

The User confirms that they use the Service at their own risk. The Administration does not guarantee that any information or data uploaded by Users will meet the criteria of reliability, accuracy, or currency.

Amendments to the Terms

The Administration reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time by publishing an updated version of the Terms. The User is responsible for regularly reviewing any amendments made to these Terms.

If the User does not agree with the updated version of the Terms, the User must immediately discontinue use of the Service and its services.

If, after the updated version of the Terms takes effect, the User continues to use the Service and/or the Administration's services, the User thereby confirms their full acceptance of the updated Terms.
